It may help if i tell a little about me, i am 45 married, and mum of 1 daughter. I work full time, and have lived around Scarborough for 6 years. Since having my daughter i have recovered memories of childhood abuse and i have been having therapy for about 18months. i still find it hard to accept what happened, hate my self for letting happen ........i struggle with panic attacks, depression and flashbacks that leave me a in amess for days......oh and i dont sleep well.
i guess on this site i am loking for someone to say 'i do that/feel like that too', i dont want to be the outsider
